Today , hot weather ! woke up in the early morning like 9somethings , actually is already late compare to my working day ! Cause i MC today for my dental appointment at 11am ! So fast and another appointment treatment with my bracers again .. Its been 7 months i put it on my teeth , quite intimate like an apart of mine =) 

Before treatment i have to eat breakfast at first , cause i cant even eat after my teeth been tighten once again everytimes !!! arggg ..
